Start New Branch
1. A resolution to be passed by the existing Branch in General Body Meeting to extend a New Branch in a particular area.
2. Branch should write a letter to Regional Chairperson for seeking permission to extend a Branch along with a copy of the Resolution and obtain clearance and send a copy to Central Secretariat.
3. The validity of the permission granted by Region Chairperson will be valid for 30 days, subject to renewable.
4. Two orientation meetings should be conducted by the sponsoring Branch and detailed reports should sent to Central Secretariat and Regional Chairperson with in a week’s time in prescribed Formats.
5. First Orientation meeting should have the Aims & Objects, History of our Foundation importance of the Extension, Awareness of the movement, Financial obligations, Awards, Program’s & Projects details etc and form an Adhoc Committee. Details to be informed in prescribed Format No. 1015 to the Central Secretariat & Regional Chairperson attending the Dignitaries.
6. Second Orientation meeting should have the electing of the Executive Committee, Finalisation of Inaugural function, payment of Affiliation fee, Subscription and Stationery supplies etc. and amount should remit to Central Secretariat along with list of members with full Bio-data and take clearance for Inauguration. Details to be informed in prescribed Format No. 1016 to Central Secretariat along with D.D. & copy to Region Chair person.
Minimum of 20 members in Rural Area and 30 members in Urban / Semi Urban Area should be there to start a new forum.
8. Any one of the Central Officer, (Central Director and above Cadre) should be the Chief Guest for the inauguration of New forum.
9. Inauguration invitation card, Stage Banner, Seating arrangements, Meeting Agenda must be taken care in advance.
10. All guidance should be provided to the New Branch by District Chairperson or by Sponsoring Branch.
11. Format No.1020 to be filled at the Inaugural Function and obtain the signature’s of New Branch President, Secretary, Chief Guest and to be despatched to Central Secretariat with in 7 days of Inauguration by concern District Chairperson.
12. New Branch Banner, Charter Membership Certificates, Pins, Stickers, District Directories, CMRs etc., should sent atleast 3 days in Advance to sponsoring Branch or to District Chairperson which to be presented at the Inaugural Function.
13. New Branch Banner unveiling system should be explained.
14. Concerned Zone Chairman should advise and supervise the Inaugural function.
15. Local guests to give only felicitations at the end. ( Strictly no speeches ).
